As a Front of house , you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations at the front of house of our establishment.
Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front end area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
Experience
- Previous experience in a food preparation or restaurant environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality practices is beneficial
- Familiarity with bartending or catering services is a plus
- Understanding of food safety standards is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
