We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff, Wait Staff & Chefs to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food and beverage service, with an emphasis on teamwork and leadership.

Duties

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a positive team environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to company policies. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in hospitality, food production, and customer service.

Skills

Supervising experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Strong background in food production and preparation, with culinary experience preferred. Proven team management abilities, fostering collaboration among staff members. Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team towards achieving high standards of service. Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues alike. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
