Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced bar professional with strong leadership skills to join our team. This role combines hands-on bar service with management responsibilities . You will not only be serving drinks but also contributing to food preparation and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist in food service, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items and maintain effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in hospitality, leadership, and customer service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising or managing a team. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.15 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Work Location: In person
