Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only bartending but also supporting the overall operations of the bar area, making it essential that you possess strong time management skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Uphold high standards of customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Passion for bartending and the hospitality industry, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding service.
