Position :

As a Bar/Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining and drinking areas and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, supporting your team while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

- Train, supervise, and support front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.

- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional activities.
