We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Duties

Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately, applying basic math skills for billing purposes.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
