Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Coordinate food preparation and ensure quality control for all culinary offerings.
Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotional events to attract customers.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
Train staff on service standards, food safety procedures, and product knowledge.
Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a bar or restaurant environment, ideally with team management responsibilities.
