We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities



Lead and assistant in managing the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimising waste. Ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations covering Health & Safety at Work, Food Safety Act, Licensing Laws, Fire regulations and emergency procedures. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets the highest standards.

Requirements



Proven experience in a bar supervisor role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Personal Iicence Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
