About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and passionate Deli & Wine Bar Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. If you love great food, quality wine, and delivering warm, genuine service, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support daily deli and wine bar operations
Lead and motivate a small team to provide excellent customer service
Help with ordering, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space
Share product knowledge and recommend pairings to guests
Step in with prep, service, or POS when needed
What You Bring:
Hospitality or retail experience, ideally in a supervisory role
A love for food, wine, and great service
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
