BAR SUPERVISER WANTED MUST LOVE BANTER, GOOD DRINKS, AND TUESDAY NIGHT QUIZZES

We are on the hunt for a Bar Supervisor who loves hospitality, loves people, and wants to be part of a hotel with the proper personality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

lead and motivate the bar team to deliver top notch service with personality
manage daily bar operations, stock, control, and ordering
host (or manage) our lively Tuesday night quiz (no pressure, the regulars are brilliant)
mix classic cocktails, confidently and helped develop new drink specials
build great relationships with Hotel guest and local regulars
keep the bar, clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
create staff rotas and ensure smooth shift handover
cashing up basic admin task accurately
with the management team to deliver a cracking guest experience
oversee and run the bar for private events, parties and functions when needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising and managing teams in a restaurant or hospitality setting Personal License holder 2 years bartending Experience and serving Drivers License preferred Previous experience in hotel roles is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
