Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy shifts Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist with staff training and development, ensuring the team has the skills and knowledge to perform at their best. Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required. Support the management team in achieving business goals and maintaining a positive working environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector (1 year minimum) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle busy periods. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Flexible to work days evenings and weekend shifts.
