Contract Type: Full-time & Permanent - all year round

We are seeking a customer and team-focused Bar Supervisor to lead and work together with the bar & restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer experience that is professionally friendly and reflects the 5 star standards Ord Country Park, while also providing weekend support at

Kaims Country Park

on a limited, scheduled basis (typically 2-3 shifts per month).

The Bar Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed our customers' expectations and that we offer them an enjoyable experience that will see them return to us time and time again - reputation and repeat business are our key drivers

The Bar Supervisor will have experience of leading a team in a busy hospitality setting. They will be approachable, professional, instinctively share our values and be committed to achieving high standards.

Situated less than 5 minutes' drive from the A1, Ord House Bar & Grill sits within Ord House Country Park which is the home-away-from-home to over 1,000 holiday home residents which is open all year round. Kaims Country Park is situated 2.5 miles from Bamburgh with over 600 holiday home residents and again is open all year round. As part of the wider Maguire's Country Parks group, which has 9 parks throughout the Northeast and North Yorkshire, Ord House & Kaims prides itself on the exceptional customer service delivered on the park and in its public house.
