About Us:

We're looking for a supervisor to join or team at The Druids, immediate start available for the right person.

As well as supervisory experience you will need to be trained in either barista quality coffee or cocktails. (For someone well trained in both we would potentially offer the role with full-time hours.)

What You'll Do:

Support the owner in all aspects of bar operations Help lead and motivate a dynamic bar team Ensure exceptional service, smooth shifts, and high vibes every night Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests alike
What You Bring:

1+ years in a supervisory role in a cafe, high-volume bar, cocktail lounge, or nightlife venue Deep knowledge of craft cocktails or coffee A cool head under pressure and a strong sense of hospitality Experience working with live entertainment is a big plus

Please note the venue is open until 3am weekdays and 5am at weekends so late shifts will be required. Please bare this in mind before you apply
