What's the Role?

Pretty much what you'd expect from a buzzing venue like ours:

Pouring drinks like a pro Running a smooth till Working the floor where needed - glass collecting, food service and restocking Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate closely with the Assistant managers to develop and maintain high standards of service and beverage quality.
+ Assist in managing bar staff, including training,
+ Ensure efficient bar operations,
+ Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for our bar team.
+ Oversee and participate in the preparation of cocktails and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
+ Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings.
Qualifications:

+ Previous experience as Supervisor or in a similar role.
+ Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
+ Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and beverage service.
+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Essential Information

Pay starts at 13.30 per hour. Full-Time hours Shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays 50% Staff discounts
