Bar Supervisor

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and lead a team of bartenders and other bar staff, providing guidance and support
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Train new employees on bar procedures, including bartending techniques, food safety, and customer service

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
