We are seeking an experienced supervisor to work with the GM to ensure smooth running of the bar/restaurant and ensure customer service is at the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, ensuring that our bar delivers exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. This role requires experience of table service, coffee service and preferably some cellar experience as well as team management skills. However training can be given on any of the above. Ideally we would like the supervisor to help run the social media accounts to drive new engagement and custom.
Duties
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Help develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experiences.
Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
Some leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Previous experience in restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of serving techniques and barista skills is an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
