We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a keen understanding of food safety and production. As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and ensuring that our patrons receive exceptional service. This role requires a blend of team management skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in both service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the bar area. Assist in the preparation and production of food items as needed. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and bar areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Cashing up and Closing the premises

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food production and culinary techniques. Ability to supervise and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the hospitality industry with a creative flair for drink preparation.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-12.65 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
