Bar Staff / Cocktail Bartender

Location: 10 Crown Street

We're looking for confident and experienced Bar Staff with strong cocktail skills to join our team at 10 Crown Street, working across both of our restaurants: Taipan Asia and our brand-new opening, The Loft Steakhouse & Grill.

This is a dynamic and flexible role, perfect for bartenders who enjoy variety, fast-paced service, and want the option to work as much or as little as suits them.

The Role

Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and drinks Delivering friendly, professional service at the bar Working across both venues at 10 Crown Street Being part of two established, supportive bar teams Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, speed, and presentation
