We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to assist our Bar Manager in delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for bartending and preparing cocktails.
This role also involves taking the lead with our social media so good skills with all the major platforms are required.
A passion for live music will also be helpful as the role involves looking out for new talent and booking artists for our busy live music schedule.
Finally having a good head for admin is essential to maintain logs, schedules, stock checks and health & safery records.
Duties
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste.
Supervise the preparation of beverages, ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
Take the lead with all Social Media promoting the business in a fun, vibrant and positive way.
Work with General Manager to ensure quality artists are booked for our busy live music schedule.
Keep paperwork up to date and liaise with the General Manager with regards to any annual checks or maintenance issues.
Experience
Proven experience in a bar supervisors role.
Strong bartending skills with a comprehensive knowledge of beverages & cocktail making.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
Reliability and flexibility with regards to shift work, cover and deputising for the General Manager in their absence.
Good and creative skills with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
