Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our established management team, ensuring exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team supervision. This role requires effective leadership skills and the ability to supervise staff while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities



Oversee bar operations day-to-day, including serving drinks, supporting the team, clean up, close down and cashing up. Support any team in training Ensure guests experience the best visit they can Handling complaints and possible problematic issues as they arise
Upholding legal requirements and legislation at all times, and ensuring the team are too

Qualities



Strong leadership abilities with experience in team supervision within the hospitality sector. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers. Knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to enhance the guest experience.
