The Halfway House is a small bar in Edinburgh's Old Town. We are known as an ale house, with a decent whisky selection for the size of the bar. The pub is part of the Old Town Pub Co.
We are looking for a key holding supervisor confident enough to open/close, and run the bar themselves day/night shifts during the week with 2 staff on weekend nights.
Looking for someone to do between 20 to 30 hours a week, with a mix of day and night shifts.
1 person running the bar is enough as it is so small we actually can't take too many customers and there's no coffees, no cocktails, no kitchen!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.71 per hour
