Role & Responsibilities:

To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us - we aim to provide an unforgettable experience To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies To supervise the Bar/Beverage team in line with company policies and manuals Work with the Bar Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual: Ensure service of food and drinks is done quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards Assist in the training of the Bar team to ensure they are trained and effective in their roles. Ensure that relevant admin is carried out within department to meet business needs Ensure the bars run smoothly on a daily basis & are adequately stocked with all necessary goods. Keep up to date with current promotions and new products Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink range To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with procedures To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales. To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations To ensure service meets the standards to maintain and achieve relevant awards for Gallery Restaurant To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel. To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid. All other duties as required
