Bar Soba, a vibrant and popular venue in Glasgow, is seeking an experienced and motivated

Bar Supervisor

to join our team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support bar staff during shifts Lead day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally handle any issues Assist with opening, closing, and cashing up procedures Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene Manage stock, assist with ordering, and monitor wastage Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies Train, motivate, and develop team members

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar supervisory or senior bar role Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends Good knowledge of drinks service and bar operations Positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
