The Role
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a good knowledge of spirits, and cocktail experience. You'll be confident running the bar, supporting the management team, and helping to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day bar operations Mix and serve cocktails to a high standard Support the team during busy service periods Ensure excellent customer service at all times Manage stock rotation and bar cleanliness Open and close the bar when required
Requirements

Previous bar or supervisor experience (essential) Cocktail knowledge and confidence behind the bar Strong communication and leadership skills A positive, hands-on attitude and attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
