Purpose:
Within the team take on leadership roles in the absence of a Manager or Assistant Manager. As part of the management team, they make sure that the business runs smoothly and that customers are receiving the best service. It's a varied role supporting with back office systems, cash management, compliance, induction and training and more.
Main Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Ensuring customer care is top priority
Maintaining internal and external standards to ensure a great customer experience
Making sure that brand standards are adhered to
Assisting in the training and developing their team, ensuring they are motivated and engaged
Handling administration tasks in the absence of the Managers
Quality control of products and sites
Assisting in cellar duties
Carrying out site checks in the absence of the Managers
Reporting to line managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.34 per hour
