We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. You will be responsible for managing bar staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and creating a welcoming environment for patrons.

Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for bar stock procurement. Train new staff in hospitality practices, serving techniques, and menu knowledge. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production. Experience as a barista would be an advantage, enhancing our beverage offerings. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
