We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet our quality standards. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while managing costs effectively. Implement and uphold food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink pairings that enhance the dining experience. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the bar operations.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. Background in food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate staff. Previous experience as a barista Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
