Duties
Lead and supervise the team, including bartenders, and servers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met
Manage daily operations of the bar, including stock control and maintaining cleanliness
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all departments
Train staff on customer service excellence, food safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment, preferably in bars or restaurants
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
Background in hospitality or hotel management is desirable
Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving protocols, and barista experience is advantageous
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure
