As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Oversee bartending activities, including drink preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations within the bar area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service during busy periods. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock. Develop and implement training programmes for new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service. Create an engaging environment for guests through innovative drink menus and promotions. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in team management within a bar or restaurant setting. Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various beverages and cocktail preparation. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire staff. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in a kitchen environment. Ability to supervise effectively while maintaining a positive work atmosphere. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping team members succeed.
