Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Bar Supervisor

to join our team at Arts Bar Baltic. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the bar during your shifts, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and supporting staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise bar staff during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Maintain high standards of customer service and act as the first point of contact for customer issues or feedback. Open and close the venue as required, following cashing up and security procedures. Ensure bar cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation meet company standards at all times. Train and support new and existing team members to promote consistency and quality. Oversee compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing laws. Coordinate with management to implement promotions, events, and operational improvements. Manage stock rotation and assist with inventory checks as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture aligned with the Arts Bar ethos.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bar role (essential). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Confident in cash handling and using EPOS systems. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality and the arts. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: 25,896.00 per year
