Bar Team Leader - Join Our Team!

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Bar Team Leaders to help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bar Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high levels of customer service while supporting the Senior Management Team in maintaining brand standards and team performance.

The Job Role - Responsible for:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar area Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional service Training and coaching new and existing team members to maintain high standards Organising staff schedules and ensuring the team is well-prepared for each shift Working alongside kitchen, restaurant, and senior management teams Greeting, serving, and ensuring every guest enjoys a fantastic experience Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance Creating a fun and welcoming environment for both guests and team members Having an excellent knowledge of the drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beers, to make recommendations to guests Managing stock levels and assisting with stock rotation Handling cash, card transactions, and POS system operations Taking on Duty Manager shifts as required
