Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our late night bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and bartending, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must be available to work late nights and early mornings as we are a 24h licensed venue on the weekends. Interest in electronic underground music is beneficial.

Duties

Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending role within the hospitality industry. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a bar setting. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
