We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at MEATliquor QW. In this role, you will oversee bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality while fostering a fun and innovative environment for both staff and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensures the smooth running of the bar during their shifts Checks that the bar is stocked and set before service each day Place daily and weekly orders upon instruction Assist the Managers in weekly stock reconciliation Serving customers across the bar and making each guest feel welcome and looked after Serve drinks to spec. consistently and in a suitable amount of time Carry out all daily bar responsibilities as stated on the weekly checklist Complete all daily compliance checks within the correct time frame Trains new employees to the required standard Complete other reasonable tasks when requested from the management Close the bar to the required standard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.75-16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
