Job Description

We are currently seeking an ambitious Bar Supervisor to support our team at HMS Belfast, where you will help create exceptional experiences for Restaurant Associates. This is a full-time position, contracted for 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly Lead and supervise the bar team, fostering a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported Act as a responsible key holder Oversee weekly bookkeeping and any other necessary duties Produce weekly rotas in accordance with management guidelines Manage stock orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels Delegate tasks as necessary and ensure the team remains proactive Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Adhere to Health & Safety regulations Provide coverage for the cafe during quieter bar periods or when the bar is closed, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction

Previous experience managing frontline teams in a similar environment Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service A team player attitude and a can-do mentality The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook
