Bar Supervisor

to assist in the opening of our first London pub in

We have expanded and need people who shares our commitment to exceptional service, top-quality food, and a great atmosphere.

We focus on a straightforward, well sourced, wine, beer & spirit selection, Good, classic, nose to tail, British pub style food, plenty of game & offal and very little 'mucking around'.. Not a micro herb in sight and

definitely no tweezers.

Responsibilities

Supervise bar staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver excellent service. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink pairings that complement menu offerings. Develop and implement training programmes for staff on mixology techniques and customer service best practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.50 per hour
