We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar supervisor to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high standard of service. Responsibilities
Manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production for bar offerings.
Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budgeting for bar operations.
Skills
Proven supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent culinary experience, particularly in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous.
Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service excellence.
Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings.
