What we're looking for

Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality Cocktail and bar experience A confident, positive leader with a hands-on approach Strong communication skills and the ability to support teams through busy service Motivation to drive standards, revenue, and guest satisfaction

Key responsibilities

Running day-to-day shifts smoothly and efficiently Upholding our company culture and supporting your team Assisting the General Manager with weekly planning and organisation Driving revenue and contributing ideas for improvement Maintaining clear communication with the team and senior management Leading by example and fostering a collaborative team environment Ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and food safety Acting as a responsible leader during peak trading hours
