Four Quarters- the arcade bar group are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join us at our site in Elephant and Castle. This role will be between 30-40 hours per week and involves evening and weekend shifts.

Four Quarters is an arcade bar brand with currently 5 sites across London, and Newcastle. Our arcade bars are both retro videogame heaven and killer bars attracting a wide range of customers from students to corporate events. Our aim is to support the neighbourhoods we are situated in but also to attract people coming as a destination night out. We have an awesome craft beer line up in a venue with over 30 authentic retro arcade games- think Pac-man, Street Fighter 2 and Time Crisis!

This is a great opportunity for someone that loves hospitality- and of course the perfect fit for someone who loves video games! The role is to run the bar, but also the arcade- we are looking for someone that can do both.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience running shifts/closing shifts as a supervisor/team leader preferred

- Must play video games- part of the role is running tournaments

- At least one years bar experience

- Cellar skills- changing kegs/gas

- Good communication skills and great with customers

- Takes pride in their work

- Cocktail knowledge a plus
