We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to company policies. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages and food items, maintaining high standards of quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar. Assist in the development of the bar menu, including innovative cocktails. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, food service and customer service skills. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service during busy periods.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Experience in food preparation and culinary arts is highly desirable. Proficient in bartending techniques with a creative flair for mixology. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
