This is a 30 hour a week role where you will join Nicola, Samantha and Ross in the management team. Training will be provided on all aspects of working at Monteiths but some previous bar experience is required (previous keyholding experience not essential)

About You
Ideal candidate is someone local who knows the area, with a track record of longevity in positions who can help build and maintain a team with the goal of providing consistently great service and standards. A personal licence would be an advantage but not essential.
This is a full-time role of responsibility where you will be expected to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Cocktail experience essential
Barista experience essential
Cellar management, maintain a clean cellar.
Stock control and rotation of stock in both bars and cellar.
Previous management experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment not essential
Demonstrate excellent communications skill with both customers and team members
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain the bar standards, cleanliness, and service.
Support other managers in day-today operations.

Ensure that all reservations are efficiently organised on ResDiary to maximise covers
