We are now recruiting for Bar Supervisors to help manage a talented team at The Hockley Arts Club & Tahula's Party Shack in both full time and part time roles.

This is an exciting Supervisor Role with an award winning company, working to put your stamp on a newly established bar, kitchen & arcade in the centre of town that is set for great expansion over the next few years.

Your Role...

Lead the team and reporting directly to the GM & Management team. Drive sales through staff training and leading from the front. Maintain high standards at all times Manage all health & safety aspects of the bar.

The ideal candidate will have...

At least 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender or bar supervisor with a proven track record in a high volume establishment. Strong drinks & Industry knowledge - cocktail experience is essential. Understanding of wastage & stock. A strong outgoing personality with the ability to lead from the front.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.61 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
