Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and bartending, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills while ensuring a high standard of service. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in food safety and production will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Train, mentor, and lead bar staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to company standards. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure cleanliness throughout the bar area. Manage stock levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory without overstocking. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Monitor financial performance of the bar, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a hospitality role, preferably within a bar or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in food production and preparation is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Proficiency in bartending techniques and knowledge of various beverages is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
