Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the bar team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards in all aspects of bar service. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to guest preferences. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience for all guests. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods. Monitor financial performance of the bar, including sales reporting and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong background in bartending with knowledge of various drink recipes and preparation techniques. Experience in food production or kitchen operations is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high levels of motivation and morale. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in hospitality settings. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with both staff and customers.
