We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. This may lead to a management role for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring exceptional service while managing a team of staff. This role requires a passion for drinks, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and production. The Bar Manager will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while driving the success of the bar.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area Develop and implement innovative drink menus, including cocktails and non-alcoholic options Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure availability Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within a hospitality or restaurant environment Strong leadership qualities with excellent team management skills Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Familiarity with food safety standards and practices Previous experience in barista roles or hotel settings is advantageous Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to liaise with both staff and customers
