We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of service, and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations. Duties



Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the bar staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Oversee food preparation, drink mixing, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards in line with brand guidelines Manage inventory control, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Train new staff members on food handling, customer service protocols, safety procedures, and POS operation Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and cleanliness standards Lead shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements



Proven experience in beverage service within a quick service environment Demonstrated supervising or management experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Familiarity with inventory control practices and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Leadership qualities with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing potential team members Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high standards of food production and service quality Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of kitchen management, food handling procedures, and culinary techniques is highly desirable Hospitality management background with experience in restaurant management or hotel operations is advantageous Ability to work either a Friday or Saturday evening.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 13.21 per hour
