We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and hospitality, with a passion for creating a vibrant atmosphere. As Bar Manager, you will lead a team of bartenders and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and product quality while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding service.
Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items, ensuring consistency in quality.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and drink pairings.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budgeting.
Skills
Proven experience in bartending with a strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Strong hospitality focus with exceptional customer service skills.
Leadership qualities that inspire team cohesion and performance.
Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is advantageous.
Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is beneficial.
