We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar supervisor oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Develop innovative drink menus and maintain inventory of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures. Ensure compliance with health regulations and licensing laws.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. A background in food safety practices to maintain high hygiene standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Previous hotel or kitchen experience will be considered an asset.
