If you have a passion for leading a team, love pub and bar management and are a natural with customer service, this could be your perfect next step. A team is the reflection of the management team at the front & leading it you will be expected to meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility.
As a Bar Supervisor you will-
Provide key support to the venue management team, assisting in the day to day running of the venue
Maximise key performance indicators by driving the team, striving for the highest standards
Have an engaged, genuine personality with a passion for success - always leading by example
Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback/develop promotional ideas to drive through the team
Be proactive and take responsibility for your own personal development.
We have flexible shifts available, with full and part time roles on offer.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.71-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
