Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of bar operations including cellar work and line cleaning.
Supervise and motivate bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and is cellar trained.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Help organise staff rotas, monitor performance, and provide training to optimise team productivity.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in line with industry standards.
Implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
Requirements
Proven experience in supervising or managing within the bar industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of bar industry best practices.
