We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar supervisor to lead our bar team and oversee all aspects of bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As Bar supervisor, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, and managing a team of dedicated staff to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels Develop and implement creative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences Train, supervise, and mentor bar staff to enhance their skills in serving, food preparation, and hospitality Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food production and service during busy periods Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism to ensure satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Previous supervisory experience with a focus on team management Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food production and safety protocols Experience in hotel or barista settings is advantageous Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
